This Senior Program Manager will be our first dedicated enablement hire in EMEA, owning how Greenhouse enablement lands for our regional field. Reporting to Kaitie Rehmann, you'll run International enablement end to end. That means localizing and delivering global GTM launch training in-region, partnering with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders, and reinforcing core selling skills and messaging so reps are ready to sell and support a fast-evolving product portfolio. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps, and work directly with the leader of the Product + GTM Enablement team. This role is a strong fit for an organized, AI-fluent learning designer who turns ambiguity into training sellers can act on, and is able to own enablement programs end-to-end.
