Harbinger: Familiar Form, Revolutionary Foundation. We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience testing power electronics devices. In this key role, you will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software design teams to lead prototype bring-up, Design Verification (DV) and Production Verification (PV) testing, and long-term reliability programs at the component, subsystem, and vehicle levels. What You'll Do: Lead hands-on bench bring-up, commissioning, and validation testing for power electronics, PCBAs, and high-voltage (HV) subsystems. Develop, execute, and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R) to ensure products meet performance, durability, and target life requirements. Work cross-functionally to design and build custom in-house test fixtures, automation setups, and test equipment required for complex validation. Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) for bench/field test failures, participate in DFMEA sessions, and perform reliability calculations to refine test profiles.
