ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to own Nu Global’s growth agenda end to end. This is a dedicated Growth role: you will diagnose the funnel, identify the highest-impact constraints, and run a portfolio of growth programs that turns customer and market insight into measurable, sustained growth. You are a relentless funnel optimizer—equally comfortable getting into the data, shaping the growth thesis, and driving execution with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Legal. You will build a disciplined, high-velocity experimentation system and scale the interventions that work across markets.
