Your role in our ecosystem --------------------------
When we connect you with an organization from our network, you won't face a standard employment relationship, but rather a key position at the intersection of high-end engineering and strategy:
Deep-Tech Projekte: You develop business-critical systems (with a focus on Rust) and build scalable, transparent architectures. Strategic consulting: You advise clients at C-level and architecture level. You help them find the balance between innovation and economic sustainability. Open-Source-First: You work in environments that recognize open standards and digital sovereignty as a strategic advantage. Scope of action: You enjoy full trust, work independently and implement best practices without bureaucratic restrictions.
Qualifications --------------
Your profile (skill checklist) ------------------------------
Rust-Expertise: At least 5 years of experience. Confident handling of Ownership, Lifetimes und Async-Rust (Tokio) at expert level. Consulting-Mindset: You are accustomed to structuring complex issues and presenting them confidently before groups and decision-makers. You are rhetorically confident and technically unassailable. Results orientation: Quality over promises. Proof through Rust code references or repositories mandatory. Sense of responsibility: You are looking for a full-time challenge where you can really make a difference. We require a moderate willingness to travel to clients.
