Role Overview -------------
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification to lead quality assurance and automation activities within a large-scale Pega transformation programme. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, regression testing, and quality governance, ensuring robust testing coverage across critical business journeys and release cycles.
Required Skills & Experience ----------------------------
12+ years of software testing and quality engineering experience. 7+ years of experience in Pega test automation. – 2 Strong expertise in:
+ Test Automation Strategy & Frameworks + Risk-Based Test Design + Automated Regression Testing + Requirements Traceability & Test Evidence + Defect Management & Quality Metrics + CI/CD Test Integration + Performance & Non-Functional Testing
Experience leading testing activities on enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
