The Position: Every pitch scored, game streamed, and subscription started in GameChanger becomes data that the rest of the company runs on. The Data Engineering team builds the platform that collects that data for analytics use cases and puts it to work for our commercial and product teams. As a Staff Data Engineer, you’ll set technical direction, lead complex initiatives across teams, and stay hands-on building data systems and self-service frameworks. You’ll partner with engineering and business teams to anticipate their needs, strengthen the platform, and enable new capabilities. You’ll also lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices that help data teams deliver faster and with greater confidence. What You’ll Do: - Set multi-quarter technical direction for the data platform, in partnership with the Data Engineering Manager.
