Position Summary The Senior Manager, Data and Analytics has full ownership of the company’s data and analytics capability and is accountable for the strategy, delivery, support, and continuous evolution of the platforms, products, and services that enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role is responsible for the planning, design, maintenance, and delivery of analytics solutions, while also owning low-code application development, advanced analytics, artificial intelligence capabilities, AI security and governance, and manufacturing IT systems that enable data capture and operational insight. This role is also responsible for digital transformation initiatives that leverage data and analytics capabilities to create business value. The Sr. Manager will lead cross-functional strategy and execution, partner with site and leadership functions to define priorities, oversee implementation and sustainment of systems and tools, and build a high-performing team that can innovate, scale, and govern modern data, analytics, and digital solutions in support of business and operational objectives. Supervisory Responsibilities This position provides leadership and direct supervision for a team responsible for data engineering, reporting, visualization, advanced analytics, low-code application development, and related digital and manufacturing IT capabilities in support of LOTTE Biologics.
