Senior Full-Stack Developer (AWS Amplify Gen2 / React / Python)

Supervisory Responsibilities: None (Technical Mentorship Only). Provides daily work assignment and code review for 1 junior staff member.
Location: Remote (eligible states listed below)
Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 base, depending on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE
NTN is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to become the primary technical owner of our AWS Amplify Gen2 application platform — the systems that power our candidate- and client-facing assessment portals. This is a hands-on engineering role: you'll write production code, own deployments, review pull requests, and resolve incidents independently, working across a modern serverless AWS stack (~400 Lambda functions, Cognito, AppSync GraphQL, Aurora MySQL).
You'll also serve as the senior technical resource for a junior developer on the team and collaborate closely with teammates who own our database/legacy application layer and our AWS infrastructure.
