Role Summary The Project Manager is accountable for orchestrating end-to-end delivery across teams, ensuring work is aligned to outcomes and flows efficiently through the system. This role facilitates decision-making, manages dependencies, and adapts plans in response to changing conditions. The Project Manager operates as a connector across stakeholders, enabling clarity, coordination, and progress toward business value. This position currently offers an onsite work schedule, with the expectation that you are in the office four days per week during onsite core days. Our current onsite core days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The work schedule type and core days are subject to change with advance notification and manager discretion. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of Life and Annuity industry experience. National Life is accepting applications for this role on an ongoing basis and the role remains open until filled.
