The Position We are looking for an Engineering Manager with the experience to lead a team through a phase of rapid change. This is a hands-on, technically-centric leadership role — not a pure people-management position — with full accountability for the engineering of the MetaDefender Email Gateway Security: architecture, delivery, quality, and the team that builds it. You will have extensive experience of working within and defining an AI-Powered Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Product Management defines what to ship; you define how to build it. You own the end-to-end delivery of the roadmap Product Management sets, hold the delivery bar, and with the support of the Director of Engineering build a high-performance culture the rest of OPSWAT’s engineering portfolio will look to as a model for AI-native development.
