The Opportunity As the Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all administrative and logistical tasks through to project completion. Must be detailed, customer service oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Position requires a high level of oral and written correspondence with the Project Team, Sales Team, Customers and Manufacturers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining customer satisfaction. Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced & high-volume environment. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee all administrative tasks assigned by Project Management team and Operation Managers. • Create and maintain job files, project records and archives in Procore and other CRM systems. • Optimize the project through all stages to completion including managing invoices, managing purchase orders, expense reports, etc. • Manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis. • Participate in project meetings and provide follow-up to team on key actions and priorities. …truncated… gt; Will be required to work in an office environment and frequently in the field.
