About This Role TogetherWork is seeking an experienced, hands-on Revenue Systems Manager, Salesforce to own and continuously improve our Salesforce environment and broader go-to-market (GTM) technology ecosystem. This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator position focused on executing tickets or maintaining existing configurations. We are looking for a technically capable, business-minded problem solver who can independently evaluate complex business challenges, recommend scalable solutions, and execute them from concept through implementation. You will support a Salesforce environment with more than 300 users, partnering directly with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
