Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Director, Security Suite Product Management that will be a business and product leader for the TGCS Security Suite portfolio, including Loss Prevention, Produce Recognition, video/computer vision solutions, vision analytics, and future AI-enabled security and store-operations use cases. The role owns portfolio strategy, roadmap, prioritization, commercialization, lifecycle, and business performance. This leader will build deep retailer understanding and translate customer problems and market opportunities into differentiated products and measurable outcomes. The role is expected to be highly hands-on: leading discovery, rapidly validating concepts and prototypes, making clear product trade-offs, and moving successful ideas from validation through commercialization and scale. The Director leads the Security Suite Product Management team and works closely with Engineering, Sales, Technical Marketing, Innovation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Finance, and strategic partners. Product owns the customer problem, product outcome, scope, prioritization, pricing/packaging, and product acceptance. Engineering owns technical architecture, engineering execution, quality, and delivery commitments. This is a product and business leadership role. It does not own software engineering, production/SaaS operations, implementation delivery, or Professional Services.
