Position Overview The OPUS Platform Knowledge Expert is a platform and subject-matter expert responsible for developing, structuring, and maintaining the messaging, positioning, and core knowledge artifacts that power TraceLink’s OPUS Platform go-to-market execution, field enablement, and AI-driven experiences for both customer personas and TraceLink field teams. The OPUS Platform Knowledge Expert serves as the global owner of the OPUS platform capability areas —such as Opus Reports and Dashboards, Opus Solution Environment, Solution Catalog, user administration, metadata management, etc.—and builds the messaging frameworks, in …truncated… iences.
