We're investing in a stronger data foundation, expanding our analytical capabilities, and building toward AI-enabled talent intelligence. We are now looking for a People Data Analyst who can take business questions from concept to delivery: building analytics-ready data, developing meaningful analytical solutions, and partnering directly with stakeholders to turn insights into action. Reporting to the Director, People Transformation and Analytics, you'll work across the employee lifecycle, including headcount, attrition and retention, internal mobility, performance, compensation, and engagement. This role goes beyond traditional reporting. You'll have the opportunity to shape how people data is structured, analyzed, and delivered while helping drive Veeam's transformation toward proactive, AI-enabled analytics.
