You'll create new components based on product team needs and improve existing ones to handle edge cases, accessibility requirements, and multi-brand applications. Maintain and organize our Figma libraries , ensuring they're structured clearly, documented well, and easy for other designers to use. You'll keep things tidy as the system grows and evolves. Create clear, useful documentation that helps designers understand when and how to use components correctly. Good documentation means fewer questions and more consistent implementation across teams. Work with design tokens and Figma variables to ensure the system supports theming, multi-brand needs, and maintainability at scale. Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities. You're proactive about communicating and don't need constant check-ins to stay on track. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field. Nice-to-have: AI Tooling Proficiency : Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
