You will be: Leading product discovery, prototyping, and customer validation for an AI initiative. Working closely with a dedicated team of two software engineers to guide rapid prototyping and iterative product development. Understanding customer workflows, identifying key problems, and defining product hypotheses to validate. Nice to have: German language skills. Experience working on AI-powered products or AI-enabled functionality. Familiarity with AI capabilities such as speech-to-text, document extraction, or processing unstructured information. Experience with early-stage product development and 0-to-1 initiatives. Knowledge of construction industry workflows, construction management software, or tendering processes. Experience introducing new capabilities into existing software platforms. Experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily analytical and documentation work.
