Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Staff Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and scaling of our core applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend data systems, emerging AI capabilities, and intuitive frontend experiences.
As a hands-on technical leader, you will be responsible for designing rich, interactive dashboards, building resilient backend microservices, and orchestrating deep integrations with diverse data objects and third-party systems. You will champion our DevOps culture and lead the charge in embedding AI-driven features into our product suite to automate workflows and deliver intelligent insights.
Sitting at the intersection of application development, data integration, and cloud operations, you will guide technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and ensure operational excellence across the entire technology stack.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Full Stack Development: Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, and development of highly scalable web applications, from responsive, user-centric frontends to robust backend services. Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Architect and implement rich, interactive dashboards and user interfaces that surface complex data insights in an intuitive, performant, and accessible manner.
