Role Description The QA Engineer – AI Applications (Fresher) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The individual in this role will execute manual tests for AI-driven applications, validate functionality against requirements, and ensure that software releases meet defined quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, reviewing, and maintaining test cases and test documentation, performing regression and functional testing, and reporting defects with clear, reproducible steps. The QA Engineer will collaborate with developers, product owners, and data/AI teams to understand application behavior, verify fixes, and support continuous improvement of testing processes. The role also involves learning and applying QA best practices for AI-powered workflows within healthcare revenue cycle management systems.
