As part of the development of next-generation satellite communication solutions for the aerospace and aviation industries, we are looking for a Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer to join an international R&D team.
In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of complex embedded electronic hardware used in cutting-edge communication systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including Systems, FPGA, RF, Mechanical, Thermal, and Manufacturing Engineers to deliver innovative, high-reliability products that meet demanding industry standards.

🎯 Responsibilities
🔹 Hardware Design
Define the hardware architecture of complex electronic boards. \ Design analog and digital schematics. \ Select electronic components based on system requirements. \ Define PCB stack-ups and routing constraints. \ Supervise PCB layout activities in collaboration with layout engineers.
🔹 Validation & Qualification
Perform hardware bring-up and board validation. \ Troubleshoot hardware issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis. \ Participate in qualification and verification campaigns. \ Ensure successful product validation prior to production release.
🔹 Manufacturing Support
Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams. \ Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) best practices. \ Support products throughout the manufacturing and industrialization phases.
