Job Description
A Cultivated Mindset is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications and software solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with both front-end and back-end development, database integration, API development, and application troubleshooting.
In this role, you will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to transform business requirements into reliable, scalable applications. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end application services. Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using modern development technologies. Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code. Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services. Design, query, and maintain relational or NoSQL databases. Troubleshoot software defects and improve application performance. Conduct application testing, debugging, and code reviews. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders. Participate in technical planning and software architecture discussions. Maintain technical documentation and support application deployments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience developing both front-end and back-end applications. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with a front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C. Experience with databases, APIs, and version control systems such as Git. Understanding of software testing, debugging, and web security fundamentals. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and manage development tasks.
