If you want to build meaningful products, solve real problems and make a genuine difference for local businesses, we’d love to hear from you Your role As a Staff Engineer and Tech Lead for the ePOS team at Teya, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our product experience that merchants across Europe rely on every day. You’ll lead a small group of engineers, owning technical delivery while staying close to the code and contributing to coding and architecture when needed. This role blends deep, hands-on technical work with emerging people leadership. You’ll guide your team through complex engineering challenges, mentor and coach engineers through their growth, and foster a culture of technical excellence. You’ll also partner closely with stakeholders across product, engineering and the wider business, and with a strong mobile-focused wider team, to deliver reliable, high-quality features. On a short time, you’ll have a clear path to grow into a people leader.
