About the engagement:
Apogee Global RMS(https://himalayas.app/companies/apogee-global-rms) is delivering a focused, strategy engagement to help a leading global executive institution sharpen its competitive position and chart a three-to-five-year growth strategy. The work spans a competitive market analysis, a three-region assessment (North America, Europe, and Asia), an organizational-structure and resource review, and a board-ready strategy delivered to institutional leadership.
The engagement is led personally by the firm's Founder & Principal Advisor. We are seeking one capable, versatile professional to combine two supporting functions — hands-on strategy analysis and engagement program management — into a single role working directly alongside the Engagement Lead.
Role overview:
This is a dual role. Roughly three-quarters of your time is spent as an Associate Strategy Consultant — carrying a substantial share of the research, analysis, and drafting under the Lead's direction — and the balance as the engagement's Program Manager, owning the schedule, milestones, and coordination that keep a compressed 12-week engagement on track. You will own defined pieces of work end-to-end, with clear direction and review at each milestone.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & analysis (Associate Strategy Consultant):
Support stakeholder interviews during the Week 1 Phoenix onsite; capture, synthesize, and circulate findings. Design, administer, and analyze the stakeholder/market survey. Conduct secondary market and competitive research; build the current-state baseline. Contribute to the three-region assessment and the organizational-structure review. Draft findings, regional memos, and sections of the strategy document for the Lead's review and authorship. Prepare board-ready materials for the executive outbrief.
Program management:
