About the role
Imagineeer is seeking an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale HR IT modernization effort for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Functional SME will lead functional activities across the Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Time and Labor modules, partnering with HHS HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT stakeholders to translate federal business requirements into effective system configurations. This role requires deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, strong federal HR process knowledge, and the ability to guide configuration, testing, and deployment activities across a complex, large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead functional activities related to Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Time and Labor modules. Conduct requirements workshops with HHS HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, and IT stakeholders.
