Essential Functions -------------------
In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
Program & Portfolio Management: Assist in planning and managing product development programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives. Financial Planning & Budgeting: Support financial planning processes, tracking budgets, forecasting expenditures, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Process Optimization & Standardization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization across product development teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Strategic Project Execution: Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables are met. Departmental Reporting: Manage and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting processes, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental goals are tracked and communicated effectively.
