About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, curious, and technically strong Full Stack Developer – Tech Lead to drive application development, AI integration, and automation initiatives.
This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who can independently build applications from the ground up, make sound technical decisions, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
The candidate should possess a strong coding foundation, practical experience in frontend and backend development, and a genuine interest in applying AI and automation to solve business problems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Stack Development
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications. Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend services. Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems. Design and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and secure code.
2. Application Development from Scratch
Convert business ideas and requirements into functional applications. Handle the complete development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, architecture, database design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Demonstrate ownership of applications developed from concept to production. Build prototypes and MVPs to validate ideas and deliver solutions quickly.
3. AI Integration and Development
Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and other AI services into applications where appropriate. Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent search, document processing, chatbots, data extraction, and workflow assistance. Explore practical applications of generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning tools. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
