The Clinical Operations & Analytics Consultant serves as the technical and analytical resource supporting CardinalASSIST and related pharmacy solutions. This individual collaborates with Clinical Operations Consultants, Product Management, IT teams, and customer stakeholders to design, develop, automate, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions.
The position emphasizes business intelligence, dashboard development, data analysis, automation, interface coordination, and performance measurement rather than direct account management responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics. Design and automate recurring business reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy. Develop and support Power BI, Tableau, and other business intelligence reporting platforms. Create executive-level and customer-facing performance reporting. Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements. Support the development of predictive and advanced analytics capabilities. Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data management processes. Develop standardized reporting frameworks and KPI methodologies.
