Desired Candidate Profile
Education: B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/MCM/M.Tech/MBA Experience: 3 – 5 years as a UI or Front-End Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building production React applications
Key Technical Skills Required
Strong proficiency in React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and component-based architecture Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, or React Query Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Experience with responsive design and CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end code with .NET Core backends Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows Understanding of cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and accessibility standards Debugging skills using browser developer tools
Key Soft Skills Required
Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi Good with MS Office: prepare documents, Excel reports, and presentations Self-motivated, quick learner, and good team player
