HR Technology & Analytics Specialist The HR Technology and Analytics Specialist is a hybrid role responsible for supporting and optimizing HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on Workday, while delivering high-quality workforce reporting, analytics, and insights. The role provides day-to-day functional support, contributes to system enhancements and releases, develops reports and dashboards, and helps maintain the quality, consistency, and security of HR data. Serving as a key resource for HR technology, reporting and workforce analytics, this position partners with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions, meaningful workforce insights, and improved HR processes.
