Mission Summary: This is an exciting and pivotal role for an analytically-minded and highly organized individual to directly support the engineering executive leadership team in driving key strategic initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will blend a technical foundation with proven project management or strategy expertise to effectively coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts and manage critical communication workflows. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Project Coordination & Execution Lead Project Management: Own the coordination, tracking, and communication of high-priority strategic projects that span multiple internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance, People, Legal) and organizational levels. Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for the engineering with departmental leads, ensuring alignment, surfacing roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on key initiatives. Meeting Management: Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation for internal strategy reviews and project steering committee meetings. 2. Analytical Communication & Stakeholder Management Shareholder Communication Support: Conduct analytical review and drafting/editing of responses to high-stakes internal and external communications, particularly emails and reports directed to shareholders, executive leadership, and the Board.
