Job Description
Sonatafy Technology is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, experience with modern development practices, and the ability to build scalable applications that meet business and customer requirements.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop application features, improve system performance, and resolve technical challenges. You will contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain reliable software applications and services. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code. Translate technical specifications into functional software features. Develop APIs, backend services, and application integrations. Participate in software architecture and technical design discussions. Create and maintain automated unit and integration tests. Troubleshoot defects and improve application performance. Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers. Support software deployments, releases, and production troubleshooting. Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards. Apply secure coding practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Professional experience in software development or software engineering. Proficiency in a programming language such as Java, Python, C, or JavaScript. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming. Experience with APIs, databases, and version control systems such as Git.
