The Position This is an architect-and-build role. You'll design, engineer, and ship the AI systems that change how OPSWAT's People organization works, and how 1,100+ employees across 25+ countries get HR support. OPSWAT is a cybersecurity company. We hold our people data to the same standard we hold our customers' data. Your mission: use AI to cut manual HR workload, speed up people decisions, and raise the quality of the employee experience, without compromising trust, privacy, or compliance. Hold a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, AI, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong Differentiators Experience building on HR platforms such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Workday, ADP, Deel, Rippling, or similar.
