The Position This is a hands-on, business-owner product leadership role, not a pure strategy or coordination seat. An experienced product manager reports to you, with full people responsibility, and dedicated sandbox and threat-intelligence engineering teams partner with you daily. You operate like a general manager, fluent in packaging, pricing models, and discount structures, and conversant in NDR and GDR. You understand the whole business, from sales enablement and field events, where Aether is won, to marketing and channel partners, and hold every investment to a strong ROI.
