The Position We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Native Software Engineer to join our Enterprise Platform teams. You will build and continuously improve OPSWAT's leading cybersecurity products for protecting the world's critical infrastructure; setting the technical bar, driving AI-augmented engineering practices, and shaping how we design, build, and ship secure software at scale. What You Will be Doing Design, develop, and ship complex, high-quality software across AI SDLC, with strong performance, scalability, and security. Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) across coding, testing, refactoring, code review, and documentation and help define team standards and guardrails for responsible AI use. Prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI/LLM (Large Language Model) capabilities within OPSWAT products where they add customer value.
