Experience with these is a plus, but we care most about strong engineering fundamentals and product experience. This role isn't primarily ML/LLM-focused, so candidates whose recent experience has been mostly in ML/LLM work may not be the strongest fit here. Required • 7+ years of industry experience in software engineering. • Solid experience with Go on the backend (2+ years). • Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Understanding of core building blocks of web applications: databases, load balancers, application servers, message brokers, caching, monitoring, etc.. • Experience working with distributed systems. • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
