Role Overview:
The CRM Administrator / CRM Coordinator supports daily CRM operations and business reporting.
The role ensures accurate data, reliable metrics, and consistent reporting across sales and finance teams. The position works closely with sales, finance, and leadership to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Administers and maintains the CRM platform. Supports users with access, data entry standards, and process adherence. Manages CRM data quality, including validation, cleanup, and audits. Supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Financial modules. Assists with configuration tasks within defined governance standards. Coordinates CRM-related requests with internal IT or external vendors. Facilitates tracking and maintenance of business KPI metrics. Prepares and maintains dashboards, reports, and recurring scorecards. Supports reporting tied to sales performance, forecasts, and budgets.
