Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to global clients via calls and email Troubleshoot technical issues including: VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory Operating systems and basic networking Microsoft Office and other productivity tools Work on ticketing tools. Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interaction
