Essential Functions:

Set the development strategy, best practices, technical design, coding, and quality standards, using input from appropriate teams. Maintain and improve business partnerships, processes, key performance metrics, policies and procedures to a strong level of business satisfaction and service levels, including adherence. Manage multiple teams of development and support using both on-shore and off-shore mixed models in a cross functional, agile environment. Mentor, coach and facilitate professional development of highly performing team members, providing feedback on indirect reports when necessary. Foster positive environments of teamwork, collaboration and professional growth. Serve as a liaison and partner between project management, business units and technology groups. Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects, writing comprehensive functional specifications, workflow documents & white papers when necessary.
