Why You’ll Enjoy This Role! 🚀 Lead and build - You’ll line manage a team of engineers and stay 70 to 80% hands-on, so you set the technical direction and still ship code most days. 🤝 Your squad owns it - Squads are self managing. You’ll work with your PM and designer to decide what gets built, how it’s built and when it ships. 🌍 Real scale, real consequences - Thousands of requests per second across hundreds of containers, powering over 100 million guest experiences in 2025 alone. 💡 Tackle meaningful product challenges - We believe AI is a career-defining inflection point.
