Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in React, TypeScript, backend development, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects end to end, communicating effectively with business stakeholders, and delivering solutions with minimal supervision.
Important Requirements:
Candidates must be available on the vendor's own bench. EPFO/UAN is not required. Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders. Conduct discovery sessions and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Own end-to-end delivery, including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and handover. Build full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies such as .NET, Node.js, or Python. Develop and deploy Power Apps Code Apps integrated with Dataverse, Power Platform connectors, custom APIs, and AI agents. Design and develop Power Automate flows, Dataverse data models, and custom connectors. Build AI agents and MCP servers to securely integrate business applications and data. Use AI coding tools to improve development, testing, and documentation efficiency. Follow ALM and DevOps practices using Git, CI/CD, Power Platform solutions, and PAC CLI. Conduct demonstrations and provide project updates to business stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript. Experience with at least one backend technology: C/.NET, Node.js, or Python. Good knowledge of REST API development and SQL/NoSQL databases.
