Overview
Backend: Lead the design and development of endtoend across backend services (Java scalability 21) and frontend applications (Angular). Own architecture decisions spanning APIs, UI state management, performance, security, and . Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across both backend and frontend stacks.Front End: Own frontend technical direction and cross micro frontend alignment. Drive architectural decisions, standards, and best practices across frontend teams. Partner with Product, UX, and Backend to shape requirements, API strategy, and user experience. Own accessibility and UX quality. Set standards for frontend testing, performance, deployment, and operational readiness. Mentor and lead other frontend engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices architectures Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate with single-page applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks Develop responsive and reusable UI components where needed Work with MongoDB and Azure Cosmos DB (or similar NoSQL platforms) for data persistence and performance optimization Participate in peer-to-peer coding, code reviews, and pair programming sessions Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions Support deployments, monitoring, and production stability improvements Work with cloud-native teams and contribute to solutions hosted in AWS, Azure, or GCP Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Contribute to engineering best practices, test automation, and DevOps maturity Approach technical challenges with curiosity, creativity, and a strong problem-solving mindset
