The Role At Capco, we’re looking for an experienced Data Architect to join our Technology & Engineering practice in Toronto. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise data solutions for leading financial services clients, combining expertise in Data Architecture, Data Engineering and Data Governance. With hands-on experience in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and Collibra, you’ll help clients build scalable, well-governed data environments that improve data quality, integration and accessibility. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with client engagement and team leadership. You’ll guide delivery teams, build trusted client relationships and translate complex business requirements into practical data solutions that deliver measurable value. What You’ll Do Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architecture solutions, integrating Data Engineering, Data Governance and data management best practices. Architect and deliver solutions using Informatica IDMC and Collibra, supporting data integration, metadata management, data quality and governance frameworks. Guide and coordinate engagement teams, providing technical direction, managing delivery priorities and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Partner with client stakeholders to understand business challenges, define data strategies and translate requirements into scalable, sustainable architecture solutions. Establish data architecture standards, governance controls and integration patterns that support data consistency, traceability and regulatory compliance.
