The Role We’re looking for a Solutions Engineering Developer to join our Solutions Architecture organization and build the internal tools, applications, and automations that help our Solutions team move faster and operate at scale. This is a highly hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software development and Solutions Architecture . You’ll work closely with Solutions Architects to understand their workflows and challenges, and turn those needs into practical, scalable tools. You’ll have significant ownership and the opportunity to take projects from problem → prototype → production . This is not a traditional internal IT or support role. We’re looking for a strong developer who enjoys solving real-world technical problems, working closely with technical users, and building tools that have an immediate impact. What You’ll Do Build internal tools and applications for the Solutions Architecture organization. Automate repetitive technical and operational workflows. Develop tools that improve solution design, customer preparation, demos, technical discovery, and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into simple, useful solutions. Ability to work directly with technical users and understand their workflows.
