Job Description: Technical Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field Minimum of five years of experience in automotive component development, preferably in battery systems or electromechanical components Strong knowledge of battery management systems and electromechanical technologies Solid understanding of automotive E/E architecture, EMC, FMEA, and packaging constraints Experience with validation processes and supplier management Behavioral Requirements: Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a global development team Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.
